My neighbor has a friend who comes over sometimes and she has some sort of
terrior. The idiots went out and left the dog tied to the front porch. Of
course he's over there barking and has my 3 riled up. The barking doesn't
bother me he calms down after a while what ticks me off is he's tied with a
short leash and no water on the front porch. It's in the 80's right now
there is no way I'd let a dog out even if it's in the shade without water.
I'm going to get a bowl and take over in a few minutes.
