Chow Tonight
When this topic appeared tonight listed immediately after this one:
China takes dogs off the menu for the Olympics I was left wondering just a little bit. :-) In article , "modom (palindrome guy)" wrote: On Mon, 28 Jul 2008 00:08:38 GMT, "Michael \"Dog3\"" wrote: Nothing too special. Top round roast, old fashioned au gratin potates, saute' of Brussels sprouts and strawberry smoothie for dessert. I got this recipe from alt.cooking-chien. It was posted way back in '06 by MoM in rec.cooking-chien. I'll sub whole milk for the 2%. What's everyone else doing? We got back from a weekend in Austin and San Antonio yesterday evening, and even though I was tuckered frim the drive cooking seemed like a good idea after all those restaurant meals. Here's what I made: Lamb chops with a gingered fig and tomato compote Black eyed peas Whole wheat flat bread with roasted tomatoes Sliced Pecos cantaloupe Addendum: I was thinking of crossposting to rec.pets.dogs.eating but couldn't find that group, so have had to make do with "breeds"...
