I took Harlan on a temperment test. It was a very interesting
experience. He passed, too (I guess the test doesn't gauge propensity
for running internet scams).

Anyway, it's an experience I recommend, for what that's worth. I'm
assuming that the test above won't me limited to rotties.

Probably not - Rocky received his TT from a Belgian Sheepdog
group.

I've wanted for AGES to take my dogs to an ATTS test, but there don't ever
seem to be any in MD or even within halfway reasonable driving distance.
The *closest* one currently listed is in Roanoke, VA, and not until
October... five hours drive (although there was one in PA this past weekend
that *wasn't* listed last time I checked the site). OTOH, it's being given
by a club I know somewhat, having been to NADAC trials they've put on.

I have wondered, though, how prepared the testers would be for scoring a
Coonhound/Chow/???? and a BC/Saluki/???. G JRT, I figure they could
handle.

Java's TT was from an test sponsored by this Rottie group. It's
usually done in conjunction with a large show and open to all dogs.
