Another case of ambulance chasers suing deep pockets hoping they settle to
avoid drawn out ridiculousness.

Jump on board, Chard. They'll be eaten alive.

"I'm just so angry," Gaglione said. "Here you go to the store, and you
think you are buying something wholesome for your pet, and you're
killing it."

You are soooooo gullible. It is ILLEGAL to render domestic animals into pet
food. The key word in what you only scanned is "historically". MANY, many
years ago some lowest brand foods may have done this, but this is so NOT
done anymore.

Just because it can be found with a google search doesn't mean that is is
truth.

You are a FEAR MONGERER (and idiot).

When did rendered pets become an additive? You do realize that there
are actual definitions for the words you use?

"On November 18, 2008, after a full-day Final Approval Hearing, Judge
Hillman issued an Order and 65-page Opinion approving the Settlement and
denying all objections to the Settlement."

I notice you provided nothing to back up your assertion that these
people are "ambulance chasers" and out for only money. To deny people at
the very least some sort of compensation of watching their beloved pets
die in misery over something that didn't have to happen shows how mean
hearted and cold you really are.
