His name was Bruno and he was a Yorkie 9 years old. Yorkies are prone
to pancreatitis and that's what he had. He got it several months ago
and was so sick. We loved him so much so we tried very hard to save
him. It cost $1,200 but he rebounded quickly. He did well for about 6
months then stopped eating a few days ago. It was Saturday evening so
I had to take him to the animal ER. They were so good to him and me.
They said they could put him on antibiotics and IV's for 6 weeks but
it would probably just come back. He was so sick I just could not see
putting him through more.
So,I made that hard decision.
I lost another little Yorkie several years back to this. We still have
another Yorkie,Bonnie and I dread this happening to her,if it does.
I will miss our sweet boy so much.

All dogs go to heaven. He's there now, marking the hell out of his new
territory, waiting on you. Bet on it.

Sorry for your loss.
