If you don't want something really fancy, and if you have a color
printer, you can use T-Shirt transfers available at most stationary
stores. I made my daughter a T-Shirt with her dog on it as a Christmas
gift last year. Fricken $10 T-Shirt and a $5 transfer, only gift she
cried over. I have the Cannon S520 ink jet printer, it was about $150
a year and a half ago, did a great job.

You can check cafepress.com as well. You can put your own photos on
many things, not just t-shirts, and you can also get a dog t-shirt--
one that fits your dog. Pretty cool if you ask me G

(I have a couple of shops on cafepress because I couldn't find what I
liked in a store)
