Aside from the fun and pleasure of hiking and being surrounded by other dogs and dog lovers, people can take part in one of the many things to do: Vendors, Face Painting, a Microchip Clinic, Silent Auction, and a Fur Spinning Demonstration with classes. In addition, the public is invited to take part in 'RUN WHAT YOU BRUNG!'- hook up a dog to try their paws at mushing! Throughout the day there will also be dog contests and other fun things to do for dogs of all shapes and sizes. "You don't need to have a Siberian Husky in order to come and enjoy this event," says Paige Bluhm, TOTTSHR President. "Anyone who is interested in dogs is more than welcome. If you don't have a dog, we can supply you with one! Our dogs that are in foster care will be available for people to walk." The public is also invited to collect pledges and win over $350 in cool dog supplies! Hikers don't even need to be local to win; people are encouraged to remote hike or even stay overnight at the Sheraton Hotel of Bucks County. "People are registering to take part in this event from everywhere," says Bluhm. "In fact, we even have someone traveling from Canada to join us!"
