submissive peeing

He's a great little dog, but pees whenever anyone greets him - very embarrassing when company comes over and he even pees when my husband or I pick him up or pet him. We've never abused him and he has a pretty good setup here! He doesn't do it with my kids who are 6 and 2, just with adults. He is never scolded for the behaviour.
