Absolutely. Used one when training Kali not to pull and am using one now to
train competitive heeling.

Will Leah ever work under someone with some knowledge so she can learn or is
she going to make it up as she goes forever? I think the latter.

It's wrong. Prongs are a great tool that allows an awful lot of learning to go
on. It's not just management.
