Default Pugs vs. Bostons

It's going to be quite a while before I get another dog, but I've had my heart
set on a pug. However... the more bostons I meet, the more I'm falling in love
with those feisty little creatures. Since they both fit the qualifications of
what I want for my next dog, my resolve to go pug is getting shaky.

So just for the fun of it, I thought I'd ask: Which of the two is your
favorite, and why?

By the way, after pug/boston comes boxer... then pit bull... it's really
strange, because before I started training (i.e., meeting lots of different
breeds), I far preferred long-nosed, soft-furred dogs. I didn't think the
flat-faces were good-looking. But the personalities of the short-muzzled dogs
are so charming, they've swayed me.
