Default help please ~dog messing

Hi Everyone hope someone can give some advice ~ l have a cross collie and he
is 10 years old and has been 'done' he has recently started to pee and mess
in the hall where his bed is overnight although he goes out before we go to
bed and does his business ~ he still continues to mess has anyone any ideas
on how to prevent this is there any sprays powders to put down that would
put the dog off he is a lovely dog but this really is starting to make the
hall smell even though l scrub it daily with dettol thank you for your help

If its right where he sleeps, it may be the onset of incontinence. It
doesn't sound like a behavior problem but one possibly related to aging.
Take him to the vet and get him checked out.
