Default dog poison

My neighbors doggy barks a lot all night... bark bark bark and when
you leave the windsows open you can't sleep!!! i am sick of this. The
dog looks hungry and i'm wondering if i put a poison of some kind in a
steak (cheap cut i don't want to waste much money) and it kills the
dog i'll have silence. Is there any good cheap poison i can put in the
meat or a household chemical (like Tide or Dextron) that is very toxic
to doggies? I hate this dog. It needs to be dead. And I am a dog owner
and love dogs. Just not this one.
