Default Fireworks and dogs peeing

How come someone does'nt invent a spray product you could spray on a
surface( newspaper ) so your pet would pee or deficate on it.

This would be great at times when its raining super hard or during the 4th
of July, just spread some newspapers on the floor in the garage or where
ever and whala.

Some people have litterboxes for their small dogs, so it's possible to train
your dog to do that, but with an adult dog i would guess it would take some
time. You will not find any spray that will make the dog want to pee
automatically, i don't think such a spray would be possible to make. With
training i think it is possible to teach your dog to be "unhousebroken"
again - and a litterbox would probably be the most convenient solution.
I have never tried this, but maybe if you start training the dog to do it's
business in the box outside, and then slowly move it inside step by step?

Maybe you can search for info about litterboxes and dogs on the web?
