IOW, given all the other issues in play, my response was TOO narrow, in that it made it appear as though I was shrugging all the other issues. Actually, I agree with many of the other points being made in this thread, including this one (indeed, this business rises to the level of significant peeve for me), and should ahve made that a lot clearer earlier.
