Default Rusty's latest trick...

Yesterday we learned why it's not a good idea to boingy when we're being
fed. The reason we learned this lesson was because the day before he
boingitied straight into the bottom of his bowl--sending food FLYING.

Rusty was tied to a heavy piece of furniture. I went out and prepared his
food (which he's polishing off quicker and quicker lately...) Came into the
living room. Boingity he went. I put the food down on the floor across the
room (in his sight). Added bonus--the cat joined me and had herself some
breakfast as well. He started throwing himself at the end of the leash. I
calmly walked over and sat down at the computer, ignoring him. It took him
about 3 minutes to decide to just sit and stare at his food. So I got back
up and walked over to his bowl, and picked it up. He started his boingity
routine again. Put the bowl back down, cat continued eating, and I sat back
down here at the computer.

Thus far, he responds to feeding time by sitting nicely at his feeding
station
