Default Bichon who poops occasionally in the house

I have a 4 year old spayed female Bichon who will occasionally poop in the
house. We have 2 other dogs, spayed female Poms. We have a dog door and the
Bichon
will usually use it, but occasionally, she will get into the habit of
pooping on the bathroom
rug. She'll do this for a few days and then it will stop. It used to be
that she would only do this
when it was raining AND we blocked the large part of the yard off (because
of mud), but now,
it can be at anytime.

Much less frequently she will pee on a rug, maybe 2 or 3 times a year.

Anyone have this problem? Have you fixed and if yes, how?

Anyone know of a good dog behaviorist near Dallas, Texas?
