Blustery this morning so got a fire in the keeping room,as it is a ducky
weather

I have been up since a little before 4,made muffins and egg bacon and cheese
sandwiches to go,(dozen eggs and a pound of bacon),gave the pups just a little
food with scrambled eggs, and finally got rid of hubby,two of his friends, and
three dogs.

Now when they all come back,the dogs will need to be hosed off and dried, the
guys too ,and then they will all sit around the fire and kibitz about their
morning hunt, and they all will want to EAT AGAIN.

Then they will go home by noonish, hubby will go pluck his ducks, and by three
he is off again ,with a different crew of dogs,to go duck hunting!

AllI do is cook,adn take care of them!

I am getting no sleep!

NO wonder I usually am in bed by 8!

harriet took hers to her crate and elliott scooted under the

each other's cups. i thought that was the end of it, but
noooo. i went to the bathroom a little bit later, and found
harriet with *both* cups, hiding behind the bathroom door,

Actually it does have a lot to do with dog behavior as my dogs are duck dogs
and I was speaking about how my day intertwines with theirs.

Here is more.

They are all cleaned ,have been fed a warm brunch,and fast alseep , waiting for
the afternoon.
