Dumb Question....About Poodles
My girlfriend is moving in with me and she wants to get a toy poodle.
She had to put her last two poodles to sleep about 6 months ago and that was before I met her. She told me her poodles were with her for 14 years and were never house broken. That's right, the dog did it's business in the house MOSTLY on a paper in tha bathroom. She claims Toy Poodles can't be housebroken. I want her to have a poodle but I don't want it doing it's business in the house. So my dumb question is this: can toy poodles be housebroken??? This can be a real issue for us because I have two dogs myself and I have had dogs for about 45 years and I have been able to housebreak every one but I never owned a toy poodle. I don't want a dog that is not housebroken messing up in my home. Please help as this is a serious issue in our relationship. Thanks Mike |
