pit bull *rescues* child from dog attack

finally, a dog attack story where the pit bull is the GOOD guy. :-) the only thing that could make this story better, would be if the attacking dogs were poodles. -- (joke, in poor taste, i know) -kelly

Can't resist. We just adopted two of our 'vicious Pit Bulls'. (Don't
worry; the adopters have been through so much screening, indoctrination and education, they've become friends. Sent us pictures already -- wish I could attach them.) Harley, a mix, http://www.sbacc.org/dogsadopted/nov/harleyfull.jpg was many volunteer's favorite overnight guest. Dear, sweet, funny Millie: http://www.sbacc.org/dogsadopted/nov/milliefull.jpg just went home, and people are walking around wiping away tears and saying, "I'm so happy. I'll miss her terribly. I'm so miserable."
