He is OK but vomited yesterday while we were
at work and at 2:20 am this morning. So of course
I immediately called the ER. So now he is on
limited diet. I am afraid he is going to waste
away. The one downside to having a dog
already a bit less than "ideal" weight. When
they get sick and lose weight it then becomes
pretty scary.

I am waiting on his Vet to call me to further
instruct me on what to feed him for the
next few days or week.

Glad to hear he is doing okay, Gwen, but sorry to hear he is vomiting and
having trouble holding weight. We had a problem with one of our dogs a
couple of years ago where he was sick and losing too much weight. We fed
him Eukanuba Veterinary Diets - Maximum Calorie formula. It worked pretty
well to keep weight on him. Something to consider with your vet.

Hope Blade continues to get better.

Thanks Paul and I will certainly ask about the Eukanuba.
