Default rambunctious Staffy

Hello there; I have a beautiful two year old Am Staff bitch named
Brinda who is driving me crazy. I love her dearly but it seems no
matter what I do, she will NOT stop jumping up on people.

I've tried shaking a can of coins, spritzing her with water,
restraining her with a Halti and leash but nothing seems to get
through to her. My 9 year old son is reluctant to bring his friends
home after school because of this and he needs to make new friends.
When she jumps on a kid with 50 pounds of terrier enthusiasm, they are
inevitably knocked over.

Is it too late? Can I teach my (two year old) dog new tricks? Any
suggestions, info or input would be most appreciated.
