there are some fierce winds outside my house, and we've been without power
all day (and it looks like it will continue for another couple days at
least). i wonder if the dogs have even noticed anything is different?

Manu and i went out and cleared enough branches from the driveway that i
could get my car out. he was in doggie heaven, what with all those
perfectly good fetching sticks falling out of the sky. Lola was a bit more
skeptical and stayed close to the house, which is probably a good thing.
some of those branches falling into the yard were the size of xmas trees.

if anybody needs some good fir boughs for wreath making, email me your
address, i'll mail you some. :-)
