Default Dog pees on soft things

My dog pees on anything soft: the couch, the bed, his own bed (which we
eventualy had to throw away), and now he pees on the towel we give him.
It's a very big problem. He is an English Bulldog and almost 1 year old. I
don't know what is compelling him to pee everywhere, but it's becoming a
pain in the ass. I don't even have anything in his crate anymore (he sleeps
in an empty crate)...I am wondering if this is bad for his body to sleep on
something so hard or if I am overreacting. Please let me know. Thank you.

Hi ,
I think you should first take your dog to the vet for a check up.
Take a fresh urine sample (the dogs !). He could have a UTI. Make a
note of any other symptoms like an increase of drinking water.
