Default play bite

hey all.. I have a female scottish terrier mutt (schnoodle might be
better name) that likes to play bite with my feet on most morning on the
stairway. other times on the ground. Daisy also managed to untie my shoes.

recently, she caused me to nearly loose my balance when comming down the
stairs while she was play biting my feet. semi-twisted my knee in the
process. ick.

what do I need to get this dog to stop play biting me in the morning.

She gets all very excited.
