Yesterday and today, the Riverside Press-Enterprise, in a display of
journalistic courage, is hitting the public in the face with the horror
of pet overpopulation. They'll take a lot of heat, and let's wish them
well in their effort to effect change. (Our newspaper did the same, and
it worked. Things aren't perfect, but they're better.)
