Gay dog?

I have 2 dogs, and one of them is always trying to get the other one to lick
his butt. He sometimes tries to get us to touch his butt when we pet him.
It's really funny, but I'm wondering if he has hemeroids or something,
because I don't understand why he would always be trying to get us to touch
his butt. Anybody else ever know a dog with this behavior?
