Default Marking

I have a 14 month old male Havanese that has begun marking every time we
visit another house. I show the dog and must keep him intact to qualify. I
started him on pampers and you would think that he would get the idea and be
uncomfortable being wet. Nope, just continues to lift his leg in anyone's
home but his. Does anyone have any ideas how to control this normal
behavior of trying to show who is boss?? Thanks, Silky's Dad
