What kind of rule changes? What's in the wind? I'm sort of kind of
aiming Viva toward a title--we track once every week or two so it's not
exactly high priority but she's really enjoying it.

There's a whole slew of recommendations the West Coast Field Rep is
carrying back from regional meetings, but a lot of them are minor
wording changes or allowances for exceptions for conditions or getting
a tracklayer on or off the track. Two of the bigger ones are adding a
cloth scent article at the start of a TD track and adding a preference
system for TDX entries for those who have just completed their TD.
