And I couldn't be happier. The first one was gone in a week (he was a toy of a popular breed), but the second one took six weeks to get rid of. Finally! Now if the new owners will just stop emailing me about every stupid little thing the dog does! (And no, I can't tell them to get a dog license..I live in another state!)
I decided I'm just not a dog person. One cat is about all I can handle. A pet I don't have to take outside or worry about what he's doing behind my back.
(Note to self: Never agree to take in someone elses pet-store puppy mill disaster, no matter how cute they are.)
